We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager who wants more than a typical consulting role. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact environmental projects, mentor professionals, strengthen client partnerships, and help shape the growth of our Texas operations.

Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $95,000 to $120,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you’ll do - Lead and manage complex environmental consulting projects from planning through completion. - Develop project scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, forecasts, and resource plans. - Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget compliance, and contract conformance. - Coordinate with internal technical teams, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. - Direct multidisciplinary project teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables. - Prepare, review, and oversee technical reports, regulatory submittals, work plans, proposals, and project documentation.
