About the role

Security Benefit is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team. You will build, deploy, and optimize automated email campaigns and customer journeys, own campaign workflows, marketing automation platform administration, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with Marketing Operations, Marketing Account Managers, Salesforce administration, and IT. The position can be based out of our offices in Topeka or Overland Park, Kansas, with a hybrid schedule that combines remote and on-site work.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy multi-touch email campaigns and automated journeys for key audiences using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Beefree content builder.
Design and manage lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, and triggered/behavioral journeys guiding prospects and clients through the funnel.
Configure CRM elements in Salesforce for campaign setup, lead routing, scoring, and field mapping between Account Engagement and Salesforce.
Troubleshoot data flow issues and maintain clean, reliable lead records in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Salesforce administration.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open/click rates, conversions, engagement, list health); run A/B and multivariate tests; monitor deliverability and maintain list hygiene; ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other applicable regulations.
Collaborate with internal partners to validate data selections for targeted segmentation; manage end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, list managemen
