The SAM will lead a team of service electricians, oversee contractors, vendors and employees, and coordinate planning to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective deliverables across multiple projects. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety requirements are met, promoting environmental stewardship, and collaborating with the management team in a decision-support capacity. Qualifications include a minimum of five years of progressive experience in the electrical construction industry; a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred (or previous work as a Licensed Electrician/Supervisor). Must be capable of leading a team of up to 20 electricians. Experience with electrical/power systems (UPS, switchgear, generators, PDUs) is a must. Project experience in electrical installations for high-profile projects is a plus. Strong customer-service orientation, computer literacy (Microsoft Office, MS Project, etc.), and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
