You will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to extract actionable insights from complex data sets, driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence across our logistics and e-commerce platforms. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance our services and elevate the customer experience. On a daily basis you will: - Partner with Product and Business Teams to understand their needs, translate them into data science solutions, and provide actionable insights across products such as InPost Mobile, Loyalty Programme, and InPost Pay. - Develop and implement data science solutions (ML models, GenAI products, hybrid approaches, data analytics) to optimize marketing and product strategies, enhance user experience, and improve targeting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., other Data & AI teams, Technology teams) to ensure seamless integration of data-driven initiatives. - Stay ahead of the curve by exploring cutting-edge methods and staying on top of new trends in Data Science & AI. - Communicate insights and recommendations to management, business teams, and other data community members. - Execute end-to-end data products: understand business needs, analyze problems, propose theses, build solutions (hands-on ML/AI), present results, and maintain solutions (including model monitoring).
