Degree in mathematics/statistics, actuarial sciences, computer science, engineering or life sciences.
At least 3 years of full-time experience in analytics or data science.
Proficiency with analytical software (e.g., R, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or VBA.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly; strong curiosity about trends; self-motivated.
Internal consulting or business transformation experience is a plus.
Interest in blockchain, machine learning and AI.
