This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, data and product analytics, including dbt modelling, funnel visibility and instrumentation, product launch readiness, and SAMA regulatory insights, with leadership-facing recommendations based on data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will work through ambiguity, partner with Product and Engineering, build reliable data foundations, and translate complex business questions into a clear analytical direction. Responsibilities include driving business impact through actionable insights, building dashboards that provide accurate insights, collaborating with the data engineering team on product data enrichment, prioritizing projects with stakeholders based on impact, analyzing trends in complex data sets to empower informed decision making, and ensuring governance of good analytical practices throughout the process. Requirements include 6+ years of data analytics experience, a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related field, proficiency in Python or R for manipulating large data sets, strong SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), domain knowledge in Finance/Risk/Product, experience with machine learning tools in Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
