The team welcomes a range of engineering backgrounds; strong coding fundamentals and the ability to learn new languages quickly are valued. Our stack includes Go and TypeScript, but what matters most is craft and impact. No prior AI product experience is required; daily use of AI coding tools is encouraged. Responsibilities: - Ship Agentic Workflows: design core patterns that let AI agents complete engineering tasks from start to finish (context engineering, memory, gated plans) and package them for broad adoption. - Enable Self-Service AI Tooling: build the distribution layer that lets teams publish and use AI capabilities on their own schedule. - Connect Agents to Internal Tools: create integrations between AI agents and internal systems engineers use daily (issue trackers, code review, CI) and empower teams to build these workflows themselves. - Turn Problems into Patterns: identify recurring engineering problems and turn them into repeatable, AI-powered solutions other teams can adopt. - Set the Standard: define guardrails and best practices for responsible AI usage to let the platform scale without surprises. - Measure What Matters: track AI usage and costs, and use insights to sharpen future development.
