Senior Account Manager – Commercial Lines in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. HUB International is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a book of property and casualty accounts, collaborating with the Producer and Account Executive to deliver day-to-day client service and support client retention. Responsibilities include servicing clients, assisting Producers in obtaining and expanding business, coordinating marketing and renewal activities with HUB colleagues, and overseeing transaction processing and data entry in agency management systems. The role requires understanding clients’ insurance objectives, evaluating plans for suitability, staying informed of industry changes, and acting as the liaison between clients and carriers to resolve complex issues. Other duties include documenting conversations, preparing reports for management, and mentoring Account Administrators. Qualifications include at least 5 years of Account Manager experience in a brokerage environment, large Commercial account experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), P&C license or the ability to obtain within 120 days, and professional designations preferred (e.g., AAI, ARM, CIC, CPCU). Travel is negligible; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; hybrid work arrangement.
