Senior Account Manager - People Solutions at Lockton is responsible for servicing and marketing client accounts under the supervision of the Unit Manager/Team Lead and in accordance with Lockton procedures. Responsibilities include effectively managing service and project timelines for each client, coordinating renewals with carriers, preparing and managing the Client Renewal Workbook and Plan Summary Platform, and drafting RFPs for bid solicitation. You will manage carrier/vendor responses, clarify questions with carriers and the Account Executive, review proposals, and notify carriers of final client decisions. Additional duties include initiating and managing administrative activities related to implementing new carriers, conducting contract reviews, and leading implementation meetings and calls. You will prepare employee communications materials (Enrollment Guides, annual Enrollment Meeting presentations, CEO letters, announcements, and New Hire Guides) and conduct employee meetings as needed. You will work with Financial Analysts and/or HRS teams to support clients, and assume additional responsibilities from Unit Manager/Team Lead/Account Executives as appropriate. The ideal candidate can operate independently with clients on certain initiatives to relieve or create capacity for the Team Lead or Account Executives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; five+ years' experience in employee benefits or related field; experience in marketing and servicing employee benefit programs; strong organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Off
