Glovo Spain’s XL team manages the company’s largest accounts. As a Senior Account Manager, you will own a portfolio end-to-end—the relationship, the commercial agenda, and day-to-day execution.
This is a commercial role focused on managing senior relationships with major national brands, conducting structured business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the levers that improve performance. You will also act as an internal coordinator, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Ads, and Marketing to ensure commitments are delivered.

What you will do: - Own the relationship: serve as the primary contact for your portfolio, building trust with key stakeholders, understanding business priorities, and proactively managing the relationship beyond review moments. - Lead business reviews: plan and deliver monthly/quarterly reviews end-to-end with a clear narrative, data-driven insights, and concrete action plans. - Monitor and act on performance: track account performance across key metrics and provide recommendations when changes are needed. - Execute the commercial agenda: oversee promotional activations, advertising commitments, and marketing initiatives; identify growth opportunities and pursue them with well-framed pitches. - Coordinate internally: ensure partner commitments are delivered by working cross-functionally on issues such as billing, operations, and campaign execution, while keeping partners informed. - Build commercial proposals: develop structured materials to suppo
