In addition to delivering excellent service, you’ll also handle key holder responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store readiness every day.

What You'll Do: - Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model. - Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback while upholding Crocs’ core values. - Assist in all store departments, including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. - Lead by example on the sales floor, partnering with Store Management to reach personal and team sales goals through effective selling and customer engagement. - Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up. - Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and initiatives, and sharing knowledge with customers. - Adhere to all HEYDUDE/Crocs policies, including asset protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
