Role overview: As a Crop Protection Sales Advisor (m/f/d) for the Northeast region, you will support agricultural customers—distributors and farmers—with advisory services and sales. After onboarding you will independently manage your customer base, collaborating with Marketing and Technical Advisory colleagues as needed. The European orientation of the company offers exposure to multiple markets and opportunities for professional growth. Your responsibilities: Conduct advisory and sales discussions and provide intensive support to farming businesses with agronomic knowledge of relevant crops. Serve as the first point of contact for Certis Belchim in your region with a customer-focused and proactive approach. Organise field visits and events to increase visibility and strengthen regional presence. Use modern communication tools as part of daily work. Differentiate yourself by thinking beyond conventional approaches and making a meaningful impact.
