The position focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance where applicable. Responsibilities include soliciting new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals; building relationships by understanding customer needs and expanding opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions; maintaining accurate records of transactions in the agency management system; and serving as a trusted advisor to help clients choose the right insurance products. Qualifications include a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but we will support obtaining one); bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus; experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people; a High School Diploma or GED; strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust; excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking; an ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
