Overview: A national leader in the boutique fitness industry is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales targets and deliver service excellence for our luxury brand. This on-site role is based in Whitpain Township, Pennsylvania, and offers the opportunity to join a startup-style environment, build community connections, and accelerate rapid member growth.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Perks:

Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
Schedule and participate in networking and community events and studio promotions
Secure and convert organic and digital leads
Manage our social media presence and drive marketing campaigns
Implement the sales process to convert prospects into first visits and memberships
Drive retail sales
Manage the front desk to greet and check in clients and prospects
Conduct tours of the facility and tailor recommendations to individual needs
Proficiency with gym management software and POS to generate revenue reports
Independently make high-level customer service decisions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Enforce studio policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Hourly base rate with commission on sales
Monthly bonus if all sales goals are met
Complimentary membership while employed

Requirements

2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
Proven ability to generate personal sales, perform cold calls, and convert digital leads
Experience in social media marketing
