Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join NYU Grossman School of Medicine as a Research Program Manager on-site in New York, United States. The successful candidate will provide broad program coordination for assigned initiatives, including program design, budgeting, staffing, logistics, and other supportive functions. They will develop and implement new research strategies for specific projects and facilitate the administration of departmental activities, including recruiting and onboarding, participant follow-up, submitting IRB or OCT paperwork when applicable, developing annual program budgets, scheduling meetings, and coordinating seminars and trainings. The role will require autonomous work with limited oversight. Responsibilities: Grants Administration: prepare grant applications and reports, identify funding opportunities, coordinate reviews, prepare proposals, and manage contracts and budgets. Identify new funding sources and opportunities; manage post-award activities in collaboration with Neurology Finance and the Director of Operations. Program Support: recruit, hire, train, and supervise clerical and administrative staff, trainees, and volunteers; may involve nationwide recruitment of study participants; conduct phone screening, data collection, and records keeping. Scheduling & Coordinating: organize schedules, activities, and events; coordinate conference preparation; oversee related staff.
