We are seeking a Renewals Account Manager to join Clarivate's Intellectual Property renewals team. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, managing renewals, and driving incremental revenue for patent and trademark products. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to improve the client experience and product/process offerings.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Provide weekly reporting to Managers, Specialists, and Regional Sales/RAM leaders.
Conduct regular account reviews, including contract status, product migration and cross-sell/upsell opportunities, account penetration, and issue review, providing updated status reports to key stakeholders.
Actively learn about Clarivate offerings and products.
5+ years of sales experience; 3+ years in B2B sales; 3+ years in an account management, business development, or renewals specialist role.
At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
Preferred: Experience in Intellectual Property sales or similar industry; understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management; experience in subscription selling.
