Mustang Cat, a Caterpillar dealer serving Southeast Texas since 1952, is hiring a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units, including Service Administration, Parts, Warehouse, Sales, and other operational roles. This role plays a critical part in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

What you’ll do: - Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and timelines - Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and workforce partnerships - Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles - Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews - Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback - Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity) - Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies - Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience
