MSA, a 100% employee-owned firm with a history dating back to 1919, is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across municipal, public-sector, industrial, and private-sector clients. The Project Manager will guide projects from planning through design and construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include leading water and wastewater projects for municipal, public-sector, industrial, and private-sector clients; serving as the primary point of contact for clients; developing project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing strategies, and delivery approaches; overseeing plans, specifications, bidding, and construction-phase services; coordinating resources and driving follow-through; mentoring emerging project managers and engineers; supporting funding and permitting efforts with MSA’s funding, regulatory, and technical specialists; participating in client meetings, public meetings, council and board presentations, and other project communications; and identifying opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and develop new business.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering; experience with client interaction including council/board meetings; Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred; 5+ years of prior experience with water/wastewater projects.
