MSA is seeking a Project Manager Engineering (Water/Wastewater) to join its Cedar Rapids, Iowa team in a full-time, salaried role with hybrid work eligibility. MSA provides water and wastewater engineering services across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through permitting, construction, and operations, serving municipal, industrial, and private-sector clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through design and construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams. You will drive project outcomes, mentor emerging project managers and engineers, and support funding and permitting efforts in collaboration with technical specialists. Key responsibilities: Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects for municipal, public-sector, industrial, and private-sector clients; Serve as primary client contact and maintain ongoing communication; Own project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction; Develop project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing strategies, and delivery approaches; Coordinate resources, identify issues, and drive follow-through to keep projects moving; Manage financial performance and address scope and schedule challenges; Provide oversight for plans, specifications, bidding, and construction-phase services; Collaborate with QA/QC and technical leaders to deliver high-quality work; Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and expectations clearly with clients
