MSA is seeking a Project Manager Engineering (Water/Wastewater) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a full-time, salaried, hybrid-eligible position. As a Project Manager, you will lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects for municipal, public-sector, industrial, and private-sector clients from planning through design and construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget. You will serve as the primary client contact, maintain clear communication, monitor project performance, and drive successful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work in an employee-owned firm that has been delivering value since 1919 and is 100% ESOP-owned. Responsibilities include developing project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and delivery approaches; ensuring quality and risk management; supporting permitting and funding efforts; and mentoring junior engineers and project managers. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering; experience working with client interactions including council/board meetings; Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred; 5+ years of water/wastewater project experience; prior project management experience; and authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship). Compensation ranges from $88,871 to $159,800, with flexible time options, ESOP stock, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, a 401(k) match, and incentive programs.
