Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager, Client Services to drive eDiscovery projects through multiple operational departments and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables for clients. The role involves creating work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production, and performing quality checks before releasing work product to clients.
Key responsibilities include: maintaining a strong understanding of eDiscovery, industry tools, and competitors; developing a thorough knowledge of Lighthouse workflows and critical paths to move work through the system; communicating scope and deadlines clearly to internal and external stakeholders; managing the pod’s work request queue; participating in process improvement initiatives; and performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus); 4+ years of experience with at least two years in eDiscovery; Relativity experience required; PMP certification a plus; strong analytical and project management skills; the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form; and flexibility to handle changing workloads.
Work environment: Duties are performed remotely within the United States. Occasional on-site visits may be required, and on-call hours including evenings and weekends may apply.
