Project Manager needed to join the Project Execution team in Schio. The role involves managing industrial projects from contract handover to final completion, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, and ensuring objectives related to time, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are achieved. Experience in generators, rotating machinery, or energy production is preferred but not required. A structured onboarding, mentoring and training program will support professional growth and help close gaps in technical knowledge. The workplace will be at Andritz Hydro offices in Schio, Italy.

Main responsibilities: Manage the overall execution of industrial projects from handover to completion; Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams toward common goals; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders; Ensure effective planning, risk management, and monitoring of project performance; Promote effective communication, problem solving, and decision-making across the project lifecycle.

Technical competencies: Project planning, budgeting, cost control, and schedule monitoring; Basic knowledge of contractual management, risks, and claims; Proficiency with ANDRITZ software tools; Ability to analyze project performance and prepare management reports; Languages: English mandatory; Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
