EverLine Coatings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of all projects and lead operations staff in Nashville, Tennessee. The Project Manager will formulate overall operational strategy, manage people, and ensure adherence to EverLine policies and procedures within the operations department. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day asphalt maintenance operations (sealcoat, crackfill, pothole repair, line striping, etc.), enforcing policies and processes, developing staff professionally, recruiting and training new employees, evaluating and improving operations, directing the employee assessment process, and preparing regular reports for ownership. The role also requires ensuring staff health and safety compliance. Requirements include proven experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar role; strong analytical abilities; excellent communication; outstanding organizational and leadership skills; and a problem-solving mindset.
