Sysco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team (HR, Finance and Legal) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will lead technology initiatives that support business objectives and strategic priorities across Europe within a matrix organisation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role is hybrid, with attendance required three days per week at the Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead offices, and travel/commuting for project and team meetings as needed.

You will be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. You will lead projects through the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations—delivering projects using established PMO governance standards and a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will work closely with business stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership, to understand requirements, define project scope and ensure solutions align with business goals. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining engagement, managing expectations and driving consensus throughout the project lifecycle.
