Amoria Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a Transactional Finance Transformation programme. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Manchester HQ, with a hybrid working pattern requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. The Project Manager will lead multiple transformation projects in close collaboration with the Head of Transactional Finance to streamline processes, strengthen governance and documentation, and drive operational excellence. You will coordinate work across Finance and the wider business, review and improve existing processes, develop clear process documentation and governance frameworks, and help embed new processes through effective stakeholder engagement. You will track milestones, risks and dependencies, analyse operational data to measure success, and explore automation and AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort. Exposure to data-driven decision making and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
