Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Program Manager, Safety & Security based in New York, New York, on-site in the United States. The Program Manager will plan and execute enterprise Safety & Security programs that enhance emergency preparedness, strengthen Command Center operations, modernize technology, and deliver consistent, high-quality safety services across the organization. You will report to the Director of Safety & Security and lead programs from design through execution, ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities: - Design and lead enterprise programs that strengthen emergency preparedness, security operations, investigations, intelligence, and the 24/7 Command Center to ensure lessons learned become lasting, scalable improvements across the network. - Plan drills, test policies, facilitate tabletop exercises, and conduct after-action reviews as part of emergency preparedness. - Improve governance and operating procedures for Safety & Security across all scholars, staff, events, and school and office locations. - Lead cross-functional projects with Technology, Schooling, Legal, Supply Chain, HR, Communications, Operations, and other Network teams to implement new programs, improve workflows, and strengthen safety programs. - Support Command Center data integration and analytic reporting to identify security trends, review SLAs and KPIs, and improve safety operations. - Coordinate enterprise responses during significant incidents, ensuring the right people are engaged and information is timely and organized. -
