Bluestone is seeking a Program Manager of Quality & Safety to lead comprehensive operational execution and quality measure submission for ACO programs and other commercial payer contracts. The role partners with leadership across ACO, Provider, Clinical Assistant (CA), and EHR/IT to embed quality and safety initiatives into everyday workflows, driving clinical excellence and financial sustainability. The position focuses on delivering patient- and family-centered, equitable, safe, timely, and effective care; leading process improvements to prevent avoidable harm, reduce medical errors, and minimize clinical risk. This role reports to the SVP of Clinical Operations and does not immediately have direct reports. Schedule: Full-time. Location: Hybrid work requiring flexibility across remote strategy, field observations, and on-site alignment. Applicants MUST reside within Bluestone’s primary markets: Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Florida. Salary: $120,000–$138,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include: overseeing end-to-end quality measure reporting for MSSP, LEAD, and commercial value-based care contracts; interpreting ambulatory quality specifications and translating them into actionable workflows and guidelines; monitoring performance, analyzing data trends, and implementing targeted interventions to maximize performance incentives; leading EHR workflow design to meet measure specifications; designing and executing initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, and equity across assisted living, group homes, and independent living communit
