Responsibilities include: developing change strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives; conducting stakeholder analyses and delivering change impact assessments; building relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders; developing communications to foster awareness and adoption of tools, processes, and policies; partnering with lines of business, Field Readiness & Enablement teams, and Product Managers to define adoption strategies; measuring readiness and adoption, reinforcing new behaviors and new ways of working to ensure changes stick; and driving AI adoption efforts to support business outcomes. Requirements include equivalent experience of 10 years in guiding business transformations; proven track record with structured change approaches (such as Prosci ADKAR); the ability to mentor leaders and facilitate leadership engagement; outstanding communication and critical thinking skills; experience in developing role-based learning experiences; and preferred qualifications such as familiarity with AI tools and end-to-end IT process transformation, including experience with sales and marketing systems of record.
