Program Manager, Digital Patient Experience & Therapy Enablement is a role within the Global Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Director of Customer Success. This position is responsible for creating seamless digital experiences and support programs that help patients enroll in therapy, stay engaged, manage resupply and refill needs, and confidently navigate their diabetes therapy journey. The leader will drive initiatives across patient experience, digital platforms, eCommerce, onboarding, retention, and support services, requiring strong program leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver simple, connected, and patient-centered experiences throughout the therapy lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading programs that enhance the patient experience across enrollment, onboarding, retention, resupply, refill, and therapy support, driving engagement and long-term success. Define and prioritize patient, market, and business requirements that inform digital, e-commerce, and therapy support strategies, roadmaps, and product development efforts. Partner with product, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end patient experiences that support growth, retention, and competitive differentiation. Identify unmet customer needs and emerging business opportunities, helping move ideas from concept through market-facing execution.
