Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager (Key Personnel) to lead a critical AI testing, evaluation, validation, and deployment readiness services contract for the Department of Justice (DOJ), EOIR. The Program Manager will plan, initiate, and manage complex IT projects focused on rigorous testing of AI solutions. As the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders, you will oversee operations on a FedRAMP-authorized cloud platform, conducting independent testing, adversarial red teaming, and IV&V of Generative AI, large language models, and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities: - Program & Contract Management: Plan, initiate, and manage all IT/AI project activities across SOW Task Areas 1-5; monitor progress to meet deadlines, quality standards, and fixed-price targets. - Technical Leadership: Lead technical staff executing TEVV activities, including performance assessments and adversarial testing. - Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams; coordinate with EOIR Software Development and Program Office. - Methodology & Quality Assurance: Define project stages using disciplined program management methodologies; implement Quality Control Plan to prevent recurrence of defects. - Deliverable Management: Oversee development and submission of all contract deliverables (Task Order Management Plan, Transition Plans, AI TEVV Plans, Monthly Status Reports). - Workforce & Telework Management: Maintain a stable, skilled workforce; submit monthly telework reports to Government Task Monitor detaili
