St. Joseph Center, a nonprofit serving the Westside of Los Angeles, seeks a Program Manager (Licensed MFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California) to provide administrative and clinical oversight for the Outpatient Care Services (OCS) team. This on-site, full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, delivering weekly supervision to program staff, tracking productivity and documentation, ensuring high-quality service delivery, providing crisis support when needed, and participating in after-hours on-call coverage. The Program Manager will work with the AVP of Programs to ensure programs comply with agency and funding requirements, manage the program budget, and help develop policies and procedures. The role also includes assisting with staff assessments, coordinating mental health and substance-use strategies, and collaborating with other service providers and community partners. Regular reporting to funders and participation in meetings are expected. The position requires at least a Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field and licensure as MFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred. Bilingual ability is preferred. Travel to St. Joseph Center sites and partner locations is required; reliable transportation is needed.
