The Program Manager (PgM) is responsible for the overall execution and success of the Task Order and provides leadership, management, direction, and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO. The PgM has authority to commit and make decisions on behalf of Empower AI in response to Government issues, concerns, questions, and comments, and to proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues. This effort provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of mission-critical IT systems for the Department of State (DOS), Consular Affairs (CA), supporting 10,000 users across 230 overseas posts, 29 domestic passport agencies, and multiple data centers. Responsibilities include planning, staffing, successful execution, and continuous improvement; providing overall leadership and guidance; ensuring quality and efficiency; maintaining proactive open channels of communication with Government stakeholders and contract task managers; overseeing program budget and schedules; directing staff; growth responsibilities including marketing new technology or follo
