About the role
Openprovider is a fully remote, ICANN-accredited domain registrar and technology scale-up. We are looking for a Product Team Lead for Domains & DNS to own our most commercially critical portfolio and lead a small team of 3-5 Product Managers. You will translate strategy into execution, manage registry relationships and compliance, and build an AI-enabled team that delivers measurable commercial and customer impact.
Responsibilities
What we are looking for:
- Domain & DNS strategy and roadmap: own the multi-year vision and quarterly priorities for the Domains and DNS portfolio, ensure coverage across gTLDs, ccTLDs, and DNS products, and secure annual roadmap sign-off from leadership.
- Team leadership and process management: lead a team of 3-5 PMs covering Domain Operations, ccTLDs and DNS; run performance and development cycles; maintain scorecards and quarterly reviews; foster psychological safety and engagement.
- Commercial & portfolio management: drive pricing, promotions, accreditations, and bundling to grow revenue and margins; own the promotion calendar; explore new TLD geographies; set conditions for growth in domains per customer and ARPU.
- Registry & compliance operations: manage registry liaison, EPP changes, ICANN policy compliance and audits; maintain SLAs and ensure timely delivery of policy updates with zero material incidents.
- Delivery & developer experience: collaborate with Engineering to keep a prioritized backlog and improve API/partner experience; track delivery against milestones and reduce product-related support.
