Natterbox is hiring a Product Owner for Observability to own the commercial vision for the Observability platform and the roadmap to deliver it. You will manage the portfolio of apps on the platform and the data products beneath them—the services that capture, model, and expose conversational signal for those apps, other teams, and our agents. You will lead discovery and delivery with engineering, framing problems and building the market and revenue case for the track. In our AI-accelerated engineering environment, you’ll own your track end-to-end, collaborating with Engineering and Go-To-Market, and making decisions with confidence. The role requires ownership of a data-driven product vision, experience building data models, pipelines, or services consumed by other products, and a commitment to design-led development and good UX. You’ll work closely with engineering on data, modeling, and telemetry. The role offers a competitive salary and bonus.
