Overview: As a Product Manager in the U.S. Virtual Solutions Product Team, you will be a core leader shaping new offerings and guiding the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will be the voice of the customer, develop profitable products that deliver customer value, drive successful launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end product strategy and vision for U.S. Virtual Solutions, anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability goals
Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and investment theses
Develop and prioritize the regional product backlog to deliver the strategic roadmap and value proposition
Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk posture, reliability, and outcomes
Identify, validate, and scale high-value use cases with cross-functional partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Controls)
Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to diagnose drivers and course-correct
Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform prioritization and trade-offs
Lead end-to-end issue triage and resolution for client and operational matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions
Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S. market perfo
