This role will own product initiatives related to asset monitoring, alerting, and optimization across store systems and build visibility into device and system performance to proactively detect failures. You will define and implement alerting logic and monitoring frameworks using transaction and system data, partner with engineering to deliver tools that improve uptime, reliability, and maintenance response, and collaborate with store operations and maintenance teams to translate issues into clear product requirements. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, drive backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and KPI tracking, and help scale systems to support a rapidly growing store footprint (7,000+ stores and expanding). The ideal candidate has experience in asset management, IoT devices, stakeholder management, data analytics, and is at an early-to-mid career level.
