About the role

What You Should Have: Nice To Have:

Own the self-serve funnel: signup, onboarding, activation, and the path to a church successfully collecting its first gifts.
Run experiments to hypothesize, build, measure, and iterate on conversion and activation.
Own self-service and billing flows, enabling customers to manage accounts, plans, and payments frictionlessly.
Map and optimize the customer journey, identifying drop-offs and moments that matter and fixing them.
Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and activation narrative; partner with engineering and design to ship.
Own key metrics: signup conversion, activation rate, time-to-value, and self-serve retention.
Product management experience with a growth, PLG, or funnel focus; demonstrated activation or conversion metrics ownership.
Strong data fluency and experimentation mindset; able to define metrics and design tests.
Excellent instincts for self-serve UX and onboarding effectiveness.
Familiarity with billing and subscription flows.
Bias to ship and learn; strong collaboration and communication.
Alignment with Overflow's mission and comfort with a hybrid work model.
PLG SaaS experience or work with non-technical SMB operators.
Exposure to fintech, payments, or nonprofit-tech contexts.
Experience scaling growth at a Series B/C SaaS company.
