Based in Glasgow with a hybrid work arrangement, you will drive end-to-end product management across design, delivery and performance, delivering analysis and insights to support governance and decision-making. You will collaborate across Group Business Banking and other functions to tackle complex product and business challenges, manage change and develop practical, value-driven solutions that improve the customer experience. Nationwide supports flexible working; based in Glasgow, you will spend time in the office in line with our hybrid model (at least two days per week in the Glasgow office).
