Brainlab, a Munich-based health technology company with a 35-year history, digitizes medical workflows to improve diagnosis and therapy, serving 4000 hospitals in 120 countries. As Product Manager for the Cranial Navigation portfolio, you will own the roadmap, prioritizing based on clinical need, technical feasibility, and market impact, and will work closely with R&D to deliver solutions that enable Sales to win. You will be the voice of the neurosurgeon, gathering feedback from surgeons, sales, service, and market data, and spending at least one week per quarter in the field with customers and in the OR. You will define market requirements, including serviceability and producibility, and analyze competitors to sharpen our positioning. You will manage the commercial offering, including product information and pricing, and track global sales performance to identify opportunities. You will lead product launches and enable Sales, distributors, and partners through training and clear roadmap communication. You will partner with Product Marketing and regional teams on programs that drive visibility and adoption. You will initiate and support clinical studies with Clinical Affairs. You will act as a technical expert during customer visits, presentations, and in-depth product demonstrations.
