The Product Manager will own the onboarding and account management journey—from sign-up through verification and first deposit/trade—accountable for conversion, drop-offs and time-to-value. You will lead Alloy EV/KYC decisioning (cascade, match rates, retries) to maximise coverage with minimal friction and improve back-office operations to boost straight-through processing. You will also deliver withdrawal fraud prevention and account security controls, such as step-up verification and MFA, balancing risk and customer experience. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, UX and Analytics to ship measurable outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.
