This role sits within the EU Customer Experience Improvement organization of Amazon Customer Service and focuses on reducing customer friction by tracing issues to their source and driving upstream and downstream product and programmatic improvements to enhance customer experience. You will join a team of program managers, product managers, business analysts, and business intelligence engineers who own the EU strategic roadmap and respond to emerging issues requiring immediate attention.
