Trane Technologies is seeking a Product Manager for Smart Services to develop and manage smart service offerings for its North America Commercial HVAC portfolio. The role partners with the broader product team to drive revenue growth, maintain market share, and improve margins across assigned service categories. Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. What you will do: - Support the development of the Service Products Growth Team (PGT), a cross-functional group including Product Management, Engineering, and Operations, focused on profitable growth. - Help shape the services strategy, long-range plan, and annual operating plan for the service business. - Actively manage day-to-day needs of the service offering, with emphasis on implementing new pricing strategies. - Conduct regular industry, market, and competitor analyses, including detailed segmentations of end customers. - Contribute to the multigenerational product plan (MGPP) for service products, ensuring pricing, costs, margins, and customer value propositions align with the building services strategy. - Collaborate with other service and equipment product managers to ensure alignment with broader system initiatives and Trane's overall strategy. - Work with product support and applications teams to ensure documentation is thorough for field action. - Support the creation and execution of marketing and commercialization plans for new services offerings. - R
