Several years of experience in Product Management or similar roles (Product Owner or Project Manager)
Practical experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or banking
Strong knowledge of the Swiss market, especially retail and payment infrastructure
Ability to bridge business and IT and connect both sides effectively
High degree of initiative and proactive, goal-oriented mindset
Familiarity with agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
