Responsibilities
What we expect from you:
- Design strategy and vision: lead end-to-end design projects from discovery to implementation; contribute to product strategy with a systemic view focused on the user experience.
- Discovery, research and data: conduct user research, interviews and validations to inform decisions; use qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact.
- Execution and quality: translate problems into clear flows, journeys and interfaces; create prototypes and specifications with high attention to detail; collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to deliver simple, efficient experiences.
- Collaboration and Design Culture: contribute to the evolution of the Design System and maintain consistency across products; collaborate with other designers through critiques and reviews; act as a technical reference within the team and mentor junior designers.
- Proven experience as Product Designer in digital products, capable of autonomously guiding complex design projects.
