Product Analyst on the Department of State (DOS) TIOCA program within the Operations team. This role supports product teams by turning business needs, user feedback, and data into clear requirements and actionable insights. Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and analyzing stakeholder requirements, helping define product scope and priorities, and partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, and business teams to ensure solutions meet user and business needs. Key duties include: gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements; translating stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; supporting product discovery, gap analysis, and solution evaluation; collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity; analyzing product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement; assisting in prioritization decisions by evaluating business impact, effort, and dependencies; supporting testing, validation, and release readiness activities; and maintaining documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
