Principal UX Designer at Walmart leads the Global Design organization in defining the visual voice for Walmart’s most visible, company-wide communications. You will bring exceptional visual, typographic, editorial, and motion craft, plus production discipline to deliver work quickly, while presenting with executive-level presence to influence decisions at the C-suite. You set the standard for communications design across the enterprise and work autonomously with authority and a relentless focus on craft. You will lead visual identity and editorial systems for executive presentations, events, and all-hands; deliver production-ready assets for events; architect reusable templates and toolkits to enable non-designers across the enterprise; and partner with senior executives to translate strategy into compelling visual narratives, defining standards and mentoring the broader design community. Requirements include experience in graphic/visual design, brand identity, motion design, or studio/agency art direction; a portfolio demonstrating typography, editorial design, brand systems, and motion; advanced craft across typographic systems, layout, color, iconography, and motion; proven ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives; and strong production discipline with tools such as Figma and After Effects. Preferred qualifications include experience building templates and reusable visual toolkits for large organizations; background in event/streaming, stage, or broadcast graphics; familiarity with accessibility and localization; comfort working within and extendin
