Position: Portfolio Community Manager

Description: Join Inframark's Community Management Services Team. As the Portfolio Community Manager, you will oversee day-to-day management and administrative operations of associations serving master-planned communities and districts. You will collaborate with board members, senior managers, and vendor partners to develop strategic direction, ensure activities align with the board's mission and goals, and manage property budgets.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Education and Certifications:

Develops, communicates, and monitors property budgets
Reviews monthly finances and recommends budget adjustments as needed
Coordinates, negotiates, and administers vendor contracts in accordance with the management agreement and board directives
Audits and approves invoices
Prepares timely financial reporting
Conducts monthly property inspections and communicates deed restriction violations
Attends board and annual meetings; prepares and distributes notices, agendas, and minutes
Enforces recorded rules, regulations, and current laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for residents and board members
Ability to build strong relationships with boards and vendors
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Customer service and presentation skills
Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with strong Excel skills
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of community/association management, or an Associate
