Inframark Community Management Services is hiring a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of association operations for master-planned communities in Dallas, Texas. You will work with the Board Members, Senior Managers and the Regional Manager to set strategic direction, align activities with mission and goals, and develop and monitor property budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing monthly finances, advising the Board on variances and funding needs, coordinating and administering vendor contracts, auditing invoices, preparing timely monthly financial reporting, and conducting site inspections of common areas. You will prepare notices, agendas and minutes for board and annual meetings, enforce recorded rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and covenants. Qualifications include strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, customer service and presentation abilities, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Excel). Education requirements are a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of community/association management (or an Associate’s degree with 6–8 years of experience). Certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are preferred. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
