The position begins with a four-week training program on-site at our Collingswood office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, after which you transition to your assigned schedule on a rotating basis. Shifts may include 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM–2:00 AM. Responsibilities include delivering real-time, empathetic support across live chat, email, and phone; assisting players with account management, responsible gaming tools, promos, loyalty programs, and game rules; investigating and escalating complex bugs, fraud signals, or account concerns; and collaborating with Payments, Risk, Promotions, and Tech teams. Candidates should have 1+ years of customer service experience, strong written communication, familiarity with online platforms and common tech troubleshooting, good typing speed, and the ability to multitask across multiple applications. Flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays is required. Experience or interest in sports betting and major U.S. sports is a plus. Active Gaming Control Board Licenses are preferred or the ability to obtain them; the role requires obtaining and maintaining a gaming regulator license throughout employment. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour during training, with progression to $20.75–$24.00 per hour based on performance.
