(DSN) is seeking a full-time Platform Support Engineer to own the operational support, administration, and continuous improvement of the AEM and Vercel hosting platforms, including platform governance, incident management, deployment support, monitoring, and user access administration. The role partners with development teams, product owners, architects, security teams, and external vendors to ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of hosted applications. It provides technical consultation to teams building modern web applications using Next.js, React, APIs, and cloud-native architectures, and supports these platforms as part of a broader technology portfolio that includes Adobe Platform, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Target, Workfront, and Akamai. The position stands up platform support to Level 3 (Defined) maturity, completes required service-offering artifacts, and aligns IT General Controls (ITGC) and Security Directive. The role trains the existing team and establishes proactive operational processes ahead of these platforms carrying production, customer-facing traffic. The hybrid role is based out of one of our digital hubs—Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Dallas, TX; Broomfield, CO; or Cary, NC—candidates should be local to their hub and available to come into the office as needed.
